x How can i track my order? √ Visit www.dpd.ie to track your order if you are an European customer or contact us if you are an international customer 
x Do you have a pricelist? √ You can find our handpicking pricelist here, please contact us if you would like a kilo pricelist (MOQ 100kg)
x What is your return policy? √ At Kilogarm Vintage Wholesale, we strive to build lasting relationship with our retail partners and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed or your money back. If you are not happy with your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will be delighted to help. 
x My order still didn't arrive? √ Please check your email or phone for the tracking number we sent to you after processing your order. For orders outside Europe please be aware of custom delays.
x Can I order a pallet? √ Kilogarm Vintage Wholesale process over 10,000 kg of vintage clothing every month which means we can handle large orders. Contact us for pallet price. 
x How can I order wholesale? √ You have the option to book handpicking appointment with us on our site and you can also order online. Minimum order quantity for online order is €200 + VAT (23%) + Shipping.
x What payment methods do you accept?

√ PAYPAL, CREDIT CARD, CASH & BANK TRANSFER (Allow 3-5 working days for payment to get to us). 

All orders are processed once full payment have been received.

x If I order online, will be quality be good? √ We grade every item in-house and we have a 2-step quality control which means we check everything twice before shipping. The product picture we display on our site is a representation of what you will receive.
x Do you sell Grade B stock? √ We pride ourself as the most reseller focused wholesaler in the entire vintage industry. Whether you sell online or in your little shop, we know that grade B stock will not give you enough room to make a decent profit, which is why we don't sell it to our retailers and will never mix up grade to make up an order.
